When I was looking for a PM and a friend of mine referred his PM to me, He just stated with them to manage is 11 house portfolio.

So I consider myself a beginner.I have an opportunity where an old friend of the family, in his late 80s, had started to develop a 9 lot subdivision.

I have a friend that has a fair share of liquid assets and he continually makes comments that he would love to invest in my first house flip.

I bought it because a friend of a friend owns a management company in Houston.

A roof that would need to be replaced “soon” But, I had worked it all out with my personal banker, my accountant and friends and family that won’t let me fail.

Some may have friends and/or family members interested.

Sometimes there are guest book registries and or comment sections with relative or friends.  

Require insurance.My friend rents his garages separate from his houses and most of the time his tenants don’t want the garage at $100+/mo so he gets car enthusiasts and contractors in there.
