It would be the buyers responsibility to cure and that would likely be baked into their offer price and should be baked into your listing price as well.

(Who handle the unincorporated areas)simply do a public records request and ask them to provide you with both administrative and abatement liens.For an extra fresh list, find out who they subcontract for to do the abatements and pay them for a list when they get it.
