I have found in my experiences that more often than not, when there is confusion or frustration, its the agent that has caused/perpetuated/exacerbated the confusion and/or frustration.

SOmeone like what they did found out they didn't register it with the right people, stole the name and logo by getting it registered and cost my friend 2 million to rebrand his company. 

I found one, worked like crazy to find the deal he was looking for, found it and he now has it producing at an 8 cap.

Hey All,I have found a property I love, the problem I'm running into is that my lender doesn't think it would qualify for FHA.

Was this a situation where the investor financially backed the project and you ran it, I.e. you scheduled the work, found the contractors, sold the house for him etc?

For me I’ve found it costs less and provides better coverage.

I tried joining the local Keller Williams office, but I found that there were trainings and other things I needed to "drive to the office, get dressed up for, etc."

Personally, I found the podcasts to be a huge source of education when I first started my journey - if you haven't subscribed yet, I can't recommend it highly enough.

I work for a builder during the day but I would love to get into “wholesale”I’ve have found investors (and I’m open to more) However, I’m having a hard time finding Title companies that are investor friendly.
