I wonder what is going to happen to the market in Miami without Venezualan and Russian oil money?

They called me last night and said that the water pipes used for oil heating had burst.

The market is heavy with medical training, some influences from the Bakken oil fields although as that is coming to an end my area might be a place where people flock to afterwords.

A lot of jobs (~75%) are oil and gas related in that market and are at risk.

I will be bringing an electrician to look at the wiring to make sure I did not miss anything, and will be paying for an in depth inspection, and from what I saw there maybe be a storage tank as I saw a pipe coming from the ground labeled 'Oil' which I will be looking into.

can of high gloss, black oil paint from Ace Hardware and repainted the iron rains on the front porch (porch plus 2 steps) of my rehab and it looks 100x better.  

Eventually you'll have a well oiled machine once it's put together.

It is a little oil rich country in the Middle East.

If you have no experience you will probably not get any financing and will need to do the entire project out of pocket.That's a hard one.. we all have to start somewhere and most that start are in the trades and understand how to build and what it takes.. easy to get burned big time.That's why you have this whole cottage industry of fix and flip most anyone can buy a run down house and get a contractor to fix the kitchen bath and other items but from ground up that's a whole nother kettle of fish
