Was just trying to say that over the years I have experience ALL of the google "slaps" of penguin and panda updates and have probably tried every single SEO ranking strategy known to man only to finally realize it is almost nearly wasted effort.

I have a couple properties that I am flipping with a partner but I need to be able to bring more to the table.

I give advice, but as I remind them they are the owners and all final decisions are on them.  

Finally I believe a lot of Florida county recorders and courts have pretty good online resources, so be sure to check those too.

A month later, i've been on biggerpockets.com every day reading, listening to podcasts, searching, creating a raging fire and a urgency to finally dive into real estate.

This in part/full is to cover costs associated with ensuring the buyer receives copies of the HOA governing documents and a Status Letter (no more than a final billing statement indicating the home owner's financial status with the HOA).

The upstairs unit has been rented out for about 6 years now and last week I finally made the decision to move and now the downstairs unit is rented as well.I have equity in the home, the rental income will cover mortgage, insurance, taxes AND my son's school tuition.My next step is to finally get that first wholesale property under contract and start looking for another multi-family unit I can move into while renting out the remaining units.BTW, I am looking in Santa Cruz - so if you know of anything let me know!
