Hi, I have a few questions about Airdna and wanted to speak to anyone that has STRs or good experience with Airdna.

What are your thoughts and experiences?

How was your experience investing in mobile homes?

Someone like SunBelt, but there may be dozens like this company who regularly sell such businesses, works with consultants who have buyers looking for these businesses, and have experience with valuations.Does the business own the real estate or do they lease?

Meaning:- can you self manage OOS - do you have experience in your neighborhood with any rental properties and dealing with tenants - will you go with a PM. so what if we all found our best market , but don't have a good team, didn't find the right tenant , don't know what to do when the tenant calls at 9pm in the night ...etc etc .. its  a process, not just finding the best market. 

Any liability I can avoid by having them install their own units?
