I’d be on your side Thomas except this is the third thread in a row I’ve read today where you’ve copied and pasted the exact same respone about the poster looking up the answer and getting PM.

Thank you for letting me set some realistic exceptions for the future. 

@Allyson Straka I've bought properties from investors before, but that's been the exception and not the norm in my business.I always run my comps after the initial call.

@Jennifer JacksonThe two exceptions I never make are No Evictions and lower than 3x income.

You'll want to start defining what you will and won't do for ALL your clients and not make exceptions if you plan on growing efficiently. 

@Luis Vallejos the exact same way you would buy a home without, except use the LLC as the buyer....Maybe I'm not understanding the question?

They mean the same thing except the the Discharge, which means it has been discharged/canceled.

Laws vary by state, and there are situations and exceptions to every law/rule/guide you can come with.

Preexisting ADUs were not mentioned in these bills, with the exception of allowing the non-permitted ones a chance to become permitted.
