I have actually been a couple of times, and it is an excellent networking/learning opportunity. 

If you can ask yourself and answer some of those questions you'll be in a better position to select a starting strategy.

If one of our customers wanted to add those to an existing job, we could probably fabricate and install it for around $2k to $4k depending on hardware selection.

A real life example I have would be; having data on an excel sheet that I would like to be on a CRM and managed.

I use Stessa, Cozy, Excel, google drive, google voice texting, and a PO Box.

I've selected a market out of state that appears to be good for the prospect of long term rental ownership, and need to start taking the next steps.

We still think Richmond is in an excellent position to keep growing so we will continue to buy in this market right now as long as our BRRRR numbers check out! 

I have excellent credit, a potential renter, but would rather not take money out of my retirement acct to put the down payment. 

Your goals are excellent, you just have to make it work.
