My name is Zane, I'm 19 y/o and I'm a real estate investor from San Rafael, CA. I am currently investing in Idaho and Nevada, via single family homes, and I'm just finishing up with my second home purchase. I am self employed and scrape up everything I can to put together down payments (with some nestegg set aside for emergency purposes, of course). Would love to network with other investors in the Bay Area and wondering of any good meetups I could attend, so I can learn and contribute.
