I only have one duplex with them and feel the attention they gave addressing my concerns was excellent, which I really appreciated.

@Erik Hayhurst I track multiple properties in Excel and have tenants pay rent by going to my bank and depositing in my bank account, setting up auto draft to me, Zelle or Paypal.

They love the better economies of scale, they love the tax benefits, they love the idea of not having to be an expert on it all but just being able to focus and excel in one area, while also working on a team and contributing toward a unified goal. 

. - Try Fiverr.com - Search for "Post Classified Ads" or post looking to hire someone .For $5 you can get your ad posted in 20-30 FREE online sites .I always try to make sure:(1) that they post strictly in the USA(2) They send you an excel sheet showing where they created an ad & posted (3) If you include an email address in your ad the renewal notice will come to you!
