You will find financing MOD's much more friendly over HUD homes due to appraisals and comps unless you're in a predominantly HUD MH environment i.e. an area where HUD MH's exist equal to or more than traditional site (stick) built homes.That stated, however, there's very little if any difference in the way they are built.
