I have a handful who I can nearly guarantee would experience lots of traffic and business (more than their other location/s in town), but it's not easy to find the appropriate contacts to advertise this space to.

The exceptions include "private owners who do not own more than three single-family houses, do not use real estate brokers or agents, and do not use discriminatory advertisements."

There is a standard NY contract for the purchase and sale of Real Estate that you can either fill out and present on paper, or better have them sign electronically.

This would include advertising, screening, credit checks etc.

Josh Bauerle You can use Rently to electronically let people in with their lock boxes or you could pay a realtor to do the showings and give them a cut.For rent collection I love Cozy and use it for my local property and one out of state.

We even use similar tours to advertise to tenants on our Instagram page.

I plan to advertise the home via Zillow on their Rental Property Manager page as well as Craigslist.

Use as many social and advertising channels you can at the least cost possible.

Not much of a story, but I purchased an $18k condo using a plain old unsecured loan like banks and lenders advertise for debt consolidation or major purchase/renovation.  

Lastly, now a days, forms are done electronically, so if the template works for you and you can do it online, the agent can just click a few buttons and you're on your way.
