I would use this opportunity to do some online marketing (facebook ads, google adwords etc) and/or some direct mail to connect with potential motivated sellers.

So I'm trying to decide whether it's more efficient to invest in a traditional IRA or Roth IRA.

I’ve tried to do 7 deals now and even motivated sellers just want cash or a short sell in the York area.
