They eat up TONS of CPU and memory (64-bit Windows with 4GB RAM) and often cause the browser to lock up (Google Chrome - BP doesn't work right in IE11 anymore)....although, it's been educational using Windows Task Manager and watching how long it takes all the stub processes to run down after you close Chrome...

Spend time in the education section as you get started.

Given the shift in education's environment (especially in my state) I recognize now the importance of multiple streams of revenue and financial independence.

This is the kind of business where you pay for your education through mistakes and over coming obstacles.  

Its brilliant at changing your perspective from looking at bottom line dollar amounts to looking at the trade offs in terms of rates of return.

In my education of real estate it can take time before you find a property.

I would focus on education, networking and probably most important, looking for a mentor.
