@Blake King it did not affect my credit at all as they are prepaid cards - It is a good strategy for me to have my emergency fund both easily on hand and earning interest.

If I were more familiar with how the process is, from beginning to end, I could more easily replicate it, so in that endeavor I'm hoping to work with a Flipper, in a symbiotic relationship, where I find a good deal that they finance, get my cut for finding the deal while they move on to rehab the house.

If you can, I would try to filter your list a bit more if possible (i.e. absentee owners with equity out of that 628) ... the more concentrated, the better.
