The street is dead, How to bring it back to life.Here’s the deal, I’m looking at a street that could have some good numbers building and selling duplexes/triplex in a cul-de-sac, I believe there is need for the town.These lots have been for sale for years on and off the market, even the current house have a tough time selling.The research; 1st wrong side of the town/main street, if you have kids they would have to cross this busy road to walk ride to school/park.2nd.

You save money because you don't have to buy them but you have to do the work that the farmer does like plant, prune, fertilize, de-weed, water and harvest (in exchange for the saving).It is up to each individual if they decide that the work they will put in equals or overweight the money they will save.

I don't know how much rain you guys get but the owner had a large de-humidifier he had been using for over a decade and claimed was sufficient except when they had a lot of rain.

Even if an item would ordinarily be repairs - like repainting - it is still not deductible until the property is placed in service and should therefore be capitalized.Then comes an exception per the Tangible Property Regs that allows de minimis expensing of items that would normally be capitalized and depreciated, as long as each item is under $2,500.

And the total and utter disgust I've been feeling at politicians, organizations, and some of the general public being so flippant as to tell rental property owners they can't evict has just added another layer to the ugly cake for me.It's galling that for years politicians have grossly undercut affordable housing programs, but suddenly expect us to become de-facto charities against our will.
