I analyze THEM, there hopes, dreams, goals, needs, wants, resources, assets, liabilities, budgets, hinderances, stress tolerance, time allotment, risk tolerance and about 74 other factors so I can best develop an investing strategy for today's position, tomorrows, and all the evolutions and the years to come.

I grew up just north of Charlotte and lived in uptown for a time, I've been practicing some form of real estate for the last 7 years, whether a licensed agent, rehabbing, wholesaling, or developing. 

These are in the path of development and growth usually and might have a tenant base that commutes to the larger metro area.
