While this is fine for a typical long term rental this is inadequate coverage for a VR.Today I got a quote from Prosper a company that specializes in VR insurance, but when you add wind coverage aka hurricane coverage the policy is 3 times my current landlord policy with wind coverage!

I have locked in mortgages and it's extremely unlikely rents will ever "significantly" decrease to the point to where they don't cash flow well.Point being...everyone would have said that was a bad time to buy, 2020,2021,2022....but it's going pretty fine.
