Honestly, if your loan officer won’t explain the loan terms to you, could be reflection of future lack of customer service.

Once I like a contractor, I sometimes ask for previous customers info so I can contact them.

I think along with the software and tools themselves, it is extremely important to have good customer service at all times - this is often forgotten in the digital age, so remembering that aspect is vital.
