Are you buying in a class C or D neighborhood?

this is not a protected class, virus or no virus.

Obviously I’m a little biased, but I eat my own cooking.

Don't undersell the property in case it is in a lower class area.You should get quotes from at least 3-5 management firms. 

Squatters are criminals and not a protected class and the virus has nothing to do with anything. 

There's the idea floating around that much of the reason REI and the stock market have done so well this round is because of the money that was pumped into the system during the GFC, and it's not because there was anything special about the fundamentals of any particular asset class. 

Is this a class D property?

Lastly, you should review Fair Housing Laws federally and for your state and or city...you can not discriminate against people if they have kids, or because of any protected classes(ie race, age, gender, sexual orientation, etc) I own and manage 37 units for 20 years. 

Is it worth it to take some property management classes ?
