I'd like to think so, but my concern is that there may be deeper issues in governance and the loss of economic base that won't be easily or quickly turned around.

My concern is that I am in a district zoned for single family. 

So I am not opposed to long term rentals either - just a little concerned I won't be able to give the attention needed to a long term rental.

If you have intention of using your IRA or IRA/LLC for multiple investments throughout the year, or any concern that a "deal" may need to be funded in a "compressed time frame" this is one of the best structures from both an efficiency as well as a cost perspective in my opinion.  

My neighbors though experienced much more damage.I was concerned that this may be a pervasive issue and so I began to investigate the issue further.

Dealing with drunk people on vacation is more of a concern than the electric bill which it will cover no prob
