I'm exploring all avenues but simple sure sounds good to me!

This is Pauline Charlton from Nashville TN here.I joined BP a couple months ago but I only just this week had a chance to explore the site.

Hi DanielI've been exploring the Sumner/Robertson areas as well and I also live in Cross Plains.  

You might find a hybrid approach exploring BRRR (for your active money) and seeing if you have the time or interest to carry it through and some passive limited partnerships in syndications if you are accredited that invests in income producing properties.

Question:  If you were in my situation what options would you explore for funding this?  

I don't want to choose someone who is "exploring real estate" with an accounting degree...that's simply not enough.
