I don't really have family that have my back or friends that have goals so i feel stuck. i want to grow and im willing to put in the work. i have saved up a nice amount (50K+) and credit is solid aswell over 700 and I'm very interested in investing out of state. not going to lie just the thought of investing out of state sounds exiting but also scary.

I have been investing in Pensacola since 2015 and Hurricane Sally in September of 2020 was my first natural disaster as a landlord and the first major event for this area since Hurricane Ivan in 2004(although there was flooding in low lying areas due to heavy rains in 2014 the impact was less widespread).
