I have been working on marketing, and I have started a campaign on Zillow.

I am not currently in Ottawa right now because of the election campaign, but, I plan on returning to the city once the election is over.

I'll keep this short and I'll give a quick overview of a lot of the calls I have recently been getting from my direct mail campaign.

So the moral of the story is, before sending out a marketing campaign, make sure you can respond to any leads ASAP.

Something that can help with that is offering special promotions (fixed discount) on Airbnb for underbooked periods to raise your search visibility.That said, I've used Instagram pretty successfully to run campaigns that are shown in the areas my guests typically come from (NYC metro) and interests they have.
