If you've used them, do you mind sharing what you used them for, and do you feel like it was worth the investment? 

The village of Globeville has become hot the past 12 months and I wonder if anyone has any thoughts or would share with me if you would invest there?

Anyways, just wanted to share my success with the  BRRR method, with the hopes that it would motivate new investors to get off the fence and jump it.  

I'm happy to share some names of agents with you if you want.6. 10% property mgmt is absurd!

Also, to my knowledge, we are the only ones who can see current and old property disclosures unless we share those, so that's really helpful to know if they disclosed old structural issues or anything of the sort!

Speaking of good interest rate, it just went up to 4.98% My lender is legit but if I am not wrong, because they're local bank, they do loans only in Maryland but I will share his information with you if you're still interested and I could be wrong.And I truly appreciate your offer to help me and I will happily appreciate your help.
