And, they definitely don't incur the headache and expense of moving out before even attempting to get the problem resolved.These folks wanted out, pure and simple; the "mold" is just an excuse they invented to give themselves a little cover.Your lease, presumably, explains the manner in which all repair/maintenance requests must be submitted.

Right now I work in a body shop as a parts counter person, I locate and order parts, take them out to the technician who is working on the car and also help figure out what parts are needed if they are completely gone from the accident.
