Most people here outperform the average in their market.On the flipside of that I've always wondered "average" data could really possibly be accurate in places like the panhandle where you may be looking at a 4br house 3 blocks from the beach and AirDNA's data includes a bunch of 4 br houses that are on the beach in its calculations.

A small profolio of 5 units- looking to manage my properties more efficiently-I was thinking of Cozy- HOWEVER I'm living outside the US- and the site is blocked to whoever is not logging in from the US.Thus- every time I would like to log-in as a landlord- I will need to use a VPN service...So I was thinking of using the Zillow Rental Manager- which is (kind of) free, available outside the states, and has an app (no VPN needed).

The saying goes "you get what you pay for." if your property is a B or C class then those are the type of renters you'll end up getting.Some good advice I received awhkme back was a buddy redid his kitchen DIY and he ended up putting granite VS laminate or butcher block, would be expensive right?

Montgomery (Montgomery County) uses the lot-and-block survey system, although I would imagine for really old properties you might still see metes-and-bounds being used.So, for example, an example of a valid legal description in Montgomery would be "Lot 15, in Block F, according to the Plat of Haardt Estates Part 'B', as the same appears of record in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Montgomery County, Alabama, in Plat Book 11, at Page 42."
