You could rehab something to look like the White House and never rent it for a decent amount because the amount of crime in the area (not to mention the condition of the surrounding properties) will deter anyone who has the financial ability to be even remotely choosy about where they live.

You cannot expect the buyer to be responsible for your incompetence or gross negligence.Based on the conversation here I am aware this might be a little complicated for a title company or title agent to comprehend (apparently) but in just about every state, you have to have the right and ability to sell a property before it can be legally conveyed.

They haven't even sent us a bill because of how high it is, there's no way it could of been us using that high amount of water""Okay, I was told the meter is spinning like crazy and there is no evidence of the water on the ground, which is why we need to get the leak detector out there to make sure its not under the slab.
