Can you call the loan due at any time?

I know the island has a myriad of economic issues they may not be resolved any time soon but is it possible that those same issues are opening up investment opportunities?

Did you spend any time in Akron vetting PMs or talk to local investors before deciding it was a good idea to invest across the country?

To me, it's just part of the business and I bet it's the same for other note funds out there.

They said yes and when I asked if they are under contract, the seller's agent said no and it can be canceled at any time.

You own the home but have to pay a monthly lot rent that can change at any time at the park owners discretion..You have no control over that.. you want to buy something with no control.. almost like stocks..
