You can have your insurance broker check claims against a property, I believe.

I found Vectra Bank located in Colorado but also Pen FedCredit Union, they both offer up to 80% on an investment property and I believe Vectra is prime + .5 and Pen Fed is prime + 1. 

Section 8 tenants/payments/inspections are all problematic,it isnt the solution to all problems you might believe it to be.
