I see the long term prospects being very bullish for Ft Myers and Cape Coral.  

In fact they do this all the time for tree trimming, etc.I have not raised their rent in the two years they have lived there and they intend to stay for a long time they said.

I started out with a flip house and am currently focusing on long-term rentals.

I have one like this and we furnished it and turned it into a mid term rental.
