If you are on the Appfolio basic plan you don't have access to Abodo, Zumper, Realtor.com, etc. which allow you to reach more people.I would also look into regional sites and associations to list on so you can reach people located in your area.Craigslist and Facebook Marketplace are also options.

I don't believe though that COVID will lower the overall purchase price of properties and even PAR (Pennsylvania Association of Realtors) has cited that.
