I have not downloaded any app from BP and it does jump to the newest post for me, if i iclick on the email link.Maybe unloading the app works better?

I haven't started with anyone, but I like the apps ability to reach a large audience without me making a hundred phone calls.

If you download the google voice app on your smart phone and configure it, you can then make calls from that number using the app.  

I recently learned about this really cool app that allows anyone, with a public library card, to download/checkout audio books, including real estate books.

I had that spaced out nicely but forget that the app squishes everything together when posting. oh well, haha
