The tenants portion will go to utility pay down for that month (that encourages the tenants to get their jobs to rent the roof..thus exposing the building to more interested tenants...I anticipate a waiting list and the ability to increase rents quickly)We will have a secured bike rental for airbnb guests and tenants alike along w rentable space for tenants to store their bikes.
