ESS ALL Day...only time I would recommend Sitelink as a potential alternative was if you were looking for an Enterprise level solution. 

I have been mostly investing my money in the stock market, but have been looking at alternative investments to diversify my portfolio.

If so are there alternatives?  

I even was chatting with a gentleman a couple months ago at the local ACRE meeting whose complex ended up on the news due to "questionable" treatment of asbestos siding during construction.

There are many growing areas that would make better alternatives and are very affordable to invest in, such as Fort Mill.

Probably not likely, but not guaranteed they wont fight you on it.At 3x's the cost, I'd continue to try and find alternatives. 

I personally had to arrange for All Pest to come out for the second year in a row, despite your telling us after last year’s infestation that we should not have to worry about it again, and that you would pay for ongoing preventative treatment (note: we did pay for it).

Try talking to more than one lender to see if there are any other alternatives that may be available to you.

The other alternative is looking a little further out.
