Over the course of my RE career, I've been with Weichert, Clear Sailing Realty (my own fledgling brokerage), C21, very briefly with KW (at a truly dysfunctional agency) and finally with EXP.Some of this is dependent more on the broker than the brand, but EXP was far and away the best I worked with.

I was very excited and planned a trip to drive down from Chicago to Cincinnati  to see the property when I was about 65 miles out of Cincinnati we realized  that their were elements of the property that lowered the value of it significantly and the deal fell apart after 3.5 hours of drivingI told her associate who she set up for me to avoid dual agency that I still want to come in to meet with them in person.

I am a licensed builder and managed the addition with the previous owner who is now the property manager, and also handled the agency as I am a licensed realtor as well.

. * It sounds like she may have just been showing the property for another agent but not be engaged in an agency relationship with that buyer.

Do you use different marketing agencies to prepare and send out letters?

I use Safehouse Title Agency out of Matawan, Emily is awesome and very knowledgable.

@Dushyant Ravi Yes, agency debt comes with the lowest rates but much harsher prepayment penalties in either case. 

If you're going to get these losses you're probably not going to get agency debt from Freddie Mac or Fannie Mae."
