Do you have a management company in mind? 

PM should be able to simply send you pictures no need to go out unless there is an issue.however travel expesnes are a cost of ownership and in my mind should be a fixed expense just like insurance PM or any other expense.. your not going to these cities for vacation.. right ?

I'm not completely solid on what balance I will find between commissions from investors, commissions from more traditional home sales, and cashflow from rentals, however I'm diving into it with an open mind to see where I find opportunities.

If you don't property manage yourself, you might need to increase the strictness of your tenant screening.That is what I have in mind.

With this in mind the broker said that the Seller wouldn't be able to do owner financing or an installment sale because of the lien on the property.
