Prices have come down, I see a lot of price reductions and still lots of inventory.

Give them an extension but demand price reduction, lets say 10%3.

These are very light weight, pack easy and have awesome caloric quantity vs. their volume they take up.

Rent reduction seems to be common, but is more a function of supply and demand.

If you go to the dog park and are shredded by the first pitbull that comes along then your "experiences" will hold a little more weight.

You should speak with your accountant as to the best way to hold the property based on tax advantages or tax liability reduction.  

Everyone seems to forget another rule with a lot of weight... different properties are worth different amounts to different individuals in different situations.

They seem to be having some luck negotiating a reduction with the municipality, but I don't have many details.  

Sometimes the relisting of a HUD Home triggers a price reduction as well as a change from insured with escrow to uninsured.
