Problem is that if you find one and did find a lender and you don't protect that investor properly.....and for any reason your operation goes south, you'll have some real problems.

Farther South, there are less current signs of gentrification.

@Ian Ippolito  from what I understand portals need deals not investors... most investments are funded in minutes to hours... when deals go south it will be up to the individual investors to post about them or tell others and it will leak into the public domain slowly I suppose..
