Hi there, I'm new to the forum and looking to invest in Milwaukee.

Folks, I am looking for some references for passionate real estate agents who have worked with Investors before in Milwaukee area and suburbs and are knowledgeable about the neighborhoods from an investor standpoint(rental demand, rents, stability etc) .

Last thing they want is trouble with you or the law over a few hundred bucks rent when they are usually dealing in the many thousands.  

Honestly, for 50 bucks monthly, I would pass this property for a couple of reasons.

My goals in real estate are to generate 10 or more deals a month in the Bayview-Milwaukee area and successfully grow my company.

I can't comment on the area's market, as I'm up in Milwaukee WI area.

My plan is to buy my first property as a duplex in the Milwaukee area for under 100k and either owner occupy or rent out both spaces.

Pray to whomever they want that they don't have to come to the closing with a check.Good luck In theory if those numbers are anywhere close to reality he might despite himself make a buck.

Hey BP Community - I've been watching for a while and see lots of activity in Madison, Milwaukee and Green Bay, Wisconsin.
