Looking to invest in Milwaukee and visiting over holidays

Hi there, I'm new to the forum and looking to invest in Milwaukee. I have family in Lake Geneva and live in San Diego. I will be in the area from Christmas to New Year's and hope to meet up with fellow investors and find a great agent with experience in investment properties in the area- and would like to see properties while in the area. My goal is to buy something before March. Multi-family up to $75K abiding by 2% rule. Connecting with those in the area welcome! thanks Matt
