I knocked on a door several months ago. there was a agent sign on the property, and I wanted to talk to the owner, who happened to be there.

Around about 2 or 3 years ago i spotted a house around the street that looks, like no one has been living there, and recently we drove around and its still the same, but now with a sign.

I called the number on the rental sign, it was Montelongo Homes, I am not Knocking them, I admire anyone who can start their own business and be successful, I knew the people that lived there, I am saddened because the people I say passed were Mother and Son, The son Passed in April and the Mother on July 4th, this will be a sad thanksgiving for the family, but again I cheer for anyone who can can succeed in their own endeavours.

There are no easement papers being signed at settlement nor any mention of the setup.I appreciate any replies.
