I am looking for tips and places to obtain bathroom and furniture fixtures because there's no bathroom in the basement now, just another bedroom with a closet and open storage space.

I suggest your renovations include maximizing storage where possible.  

I currently have 6 single family homes and an empty lot with a storage shed on it.

After that Income gets to be enough to finance some Commercial projects,  I would build or buy a Storage Unit Facility.

As an aside to keep mice out of our pool heater & poolside deck storage boxes/benches I use the 3inch chlorine pucks & they are pungent. 

An example for #3 -- for about $600 the basement can be divided into storage unit areas, locked doors for the tenants and that pulls in an extra $100 per tenant who opts in / who wants to rent one. 

I have bought supplies, left them in owners storage and had the cleaning crew draw from the storage as needed. 

I mainly am interested in multi family and self storage but am starting out as a wholesaler and flipper at the moment.
