3)  When do folks expect eviction courts to return to "normal"?

Then I sent messages and set up calls with a few different folks in the area and talked to them.Both my lender and my realtor (also both investors) have been incredibly valuable, and I have learned a ton from both of them.

Any advice on how to source folks when investing from out of town.Thanks in advanced! 

Great to hear there are folks in the area to connect with.

It would be so much better if they gave it directly to these folks who would undoubtedly immediately transfer every cent due to their landlords.

Originally, my idea was to target folks who came to the mountains from the city but weren't necessarily there to ski at the big ski towns.

I'm really interested in BRRR as I do have capital to use but wanted some first hand accounts for folks in my position.  

But how many of these folks only "co-own" these properties?
