In other words, in I own an LLC that is two member LLC (one is me and another member is another LLC that has ony one member, who happens to be me again) would not court consider it as one individual?

@Paul Sandhu- thanks Paul you never fail to deliver on good information and hilarious content. as far as the area we are looking in, I think its safe to say it would be mostly for sports events, museums, casino, etc.  

I would budget about $20,000 for plans, structural engineering, and civil engineering and about $40,000 a unit for city fees.

I just landed a good job at a large engineering company, but the housing market is expensive here in Flagstaff, AZ, making the barrier to entry difficult for beginner investors.
