But if they are moving because of too many maintenance issues, that’s something you can (or at least could have) fixed.Think of it this way: Let’s say your average vacancy is two months between tenants (turnover and time to lease).

Am I SOL or has anyone find a loophole or different product that will allow for this type of scenario?

I know this doesn’t necessarily have to do with investing, but I believe it is important regarding the next steps towards my investing journey.
