(following up)It's always about the client (home buyer or seller).I know first hand how the client will think when you approach them in different ways.Diving in a little...I love the SEO concept (of course its b/c I don't have to pay for that traffic).You'll need *your target keyword phrases* & cities, so you can properly get those leads and convert em.

These homes were still occupied so I couldn't do the open house concept and let people wander around out of sight.BTW, in our state, it is illegal to show a home for sale or rent, unless you are a real estate agent, or own the home.
