Was wondering if there’s anything like this (as an added bonus income) in Florida?

Huge bonus that you have an extra wide lot...those are gold!

Also, there is a fun bonus room where they converted the attic space into a fully functional upstairs area. 

@Emma Redfern remember to consider bonus depreciation and the De Minimus Safe Harbor Rule for renovation expenses. 

I think you were being kind only raising 25 dollars per month and you got a bonus!

The rep said they pull their info from the county assessor's office so the real bonus would be access to the Cash sales that are not available on the MLS.

@Kristen Beahm, the rent is at $750.  800 square feet, 1 BR that includes an enclosed bonus room that it normal for the 4-plexes in the area. 

Would you have paid the renovation contractors a bonus if they had property done before original date?
