Solar panel or farm incentives?

I’m looking at residential and commercial  property in western MA and Florida and I’m wondering if there are any incentives for buying solar on business rooftops or just on land (I see this a lot in residential properties with lots of acreage in western ma with the SMART incentives).

Was wondering if there’s anything like this (as an added bonus income) in Florida? And any other markets? Thoughts? Thanks!

The issue with credits is that solar companies inflate the price equal to the federal credit so all benefits goes to the solar companies. So if something cost $100 and credit is $50 then solar companies will inflate price to $150. Another example is Tesla was priced at $50K with$15K in rebate/credits. The day they became disqualified, the drop the price to $35K. Now it is different story that price went up due to supply chain and inflation.
