Your house needs to breath in a sense and, when it doesn't, you get mold, dry rot and premature aging of systems.The risk you have here with asking more is that the seller is probably already spending a ton to just get it sold.

If yes,ask him to make you and his children legal partners so you can sign and speak for the LLC to his management company now and in the future.You will need to inspect and evaluate the current physical state of the units (termites,dry wall damage,paint,etc.)to determine what needs to be fixed for asset improvement.Are the rents too low for the market?

but spending 25 bucks on a permit is tiny compared to the fines they charge you if you are caught.You will need some sort of stud, either wood or steel (check with local codes), 1/2 inch dry wall, sheetrock tape, bucket of mud, 1 inch, and some bi fold doors.

Thanks,$300Secret is to have other work for them to do while the mortar and grout is drying If the only work you have for them is the shower tile they will need to come back 3 times as the tile guy above stated.
